Tommas Productions is an independent video editing studio based in São Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for this website and for the messages sent through it.

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, project type and project description. The form also notes which language version of the site you used, so we can reply in it.

We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t collect information about you from other sources.

To read and reply to your message and, if we end up working together, to talk about your project. We don’t sell your details, share them for advertising or add you to any mailing list.

Formspree receives the contact form, stores the message in our Formspree account and forwards it to the studio inbox (Gmail, by Google).

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

These companies may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States, under their own privacy policies.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, images and videos are served from this site itself.

Links to Instagram open Instagram’s own website, which has its own privacy policy.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of the project. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD), and similar laws elsewhere such as the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do so, write to us through the contact page or on Instagram.

If anything here changes — for example, if we start using a new service — we will update this page and the date above.
